Who are we?
Your Coaches - Dr. Alan Ruddock and Danny Wilson
We are sports scientists currently working in boxing, where we have helped elite athletes fulfil their athletic potential with world-class conditioning and strength training. We’re using our extensive knowledge and research to power red zone running sessions for all athletes and runners!
Despite working in boxing, we have a wealth of experience in a range of sports at Olympic and professional level. Danny has experience at the academy and first teams at Sheffield United and Chesterfield, whilst Alan has over 10 years of experience working in elite sport with runners, cyclists, triathletes, rugby players and many more - he's also authored 20 peer-reviewed scientific studies in sport science and is an expert reviewer for the worlds leading scientific journals.
